How long does my order take to ship?

In stock pads ship via UPS 1-3 business days after you place your order. Made to order pads will have a longer timeline based on demand. Please reach out via email for shipping timeline estimate before ordering a made to order pad.
Bayou West primarily uses UPS to ensure your package arrives by the estimated delivery date. Most orders are sent Standard Delivery. For faster delivery options, please email us before placing your order.

What is your return policy? 

If you haven’t placed it on your horse, you can return your Bayou West product to us for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping to and from on all exchanges.

We guarantee and stand behind all of Bayou West LLC’s workmanship. We also stand behind the 100%  Wool felt. We will replace unsatisfactory workmanship or defects in felt due to the manufacturing process or the assembly of the Bayou West pads. We will not stand behind the felt or workmanship if it has not been cleaned or cared for as we have recommended.

Custom orders are final and cannot be returned.

If you are unhappy with your pad for any reason, please let us know! We will do our best to work towards a resolution per transaction within our means and discretion.
